If you have been the target of workplace bullying, I want to hear your story!
To complete my dissertation for my PhD in Psychology, I am researching how young professionals cope with being the target of workplace bullying. This research will contribute to the development of a theory that describes how young professionals cope with the experience that will be the foundation for how workplace psychology professionals to help the millions of Americans who are targeted each year.
Why am I focusing on young professionals? It’s quite simple: Young professionals are 1.5 times more likely to be targeted. As a point of comparison, the differential between genders is that men are 1.33 times more likely to be bullied than women, though a large amount of workplace bullying research focuses on women as the target.
If you have been the target of workplace bullying when you were 35-years-old or younger, and would like to contribute to this important knowledge base, I would like to talk to you.
